This is to inform all concerned that the name of the company “JIAUL HAQUE AGRO INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED” has been changed to “FIRNAS AGRO TECH INDUSTRIES PRIVATE LIMITED” pursuant to approval by the Registrar of Companies (ROC) under the Companies Act, 2013.

The change of name has been duly approved, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued by the Registrar of Companies.
Except for the change in name, there is no change in the constitution, management, ownership, or business activities of the company.

All contracts, agreements, invoices, legal proceedings, and records executed under the former name shall remain valid and shall be deemed to have been made in the new name.
